Shipping and delivery:
Delivery time: Items in stock are shipped within 3 business days. For products with a production time, this will be stated when they will be sent. Exotic leather goods made from crocodile, alligator, lizard, and caiman crocodile require a CITES certificate (certificate of origin), which can take up to 2 months to obtain. When it comes to exotic leather products made from bison, ostrich, shark, and stingray, these do not require CITES and can be sourced in 3 weeks.
Delivery with Posten: Norgespakke with tracking. You will receive a collection notice at your local post office.
Returns and exchanges
Return window: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Product condition: Only new and unused products are accepted for return. The product must be unused, or the defect must have occurred during first use.
Return method: Returns can be made in store or by post to: Bredal & Partnere AS, Karenslyst Allé 4, 0278 Oslo.
Return cost: Bredal Wild covers return shipping.
Restocking fee: No charge.
Refund processing time: Refunds are processed within 10 days after we have received the return.
Exchanges: We accept exchanges. Please contact us at support@bredal-wild.com to start a return or exchange.

When you pay by card, the transaction is handled securely through Shopify Payments. Your card information is sent encrypted directly to the payment provider - it is never stored with us. The entire payment process follows strict security standards and is approved by the card providers.
Vipps, Klarna and Apple Pay
We also offer Vipps, Klarna, and Apple Pay as payment options at checkout. These payment methods are handled securely through our payment partners and follow the same high security standards.
PayPal

Security
All payments at Bredal & Partnere AS are encrypted and sent securely over the internet. When you pay by card, your card details are sent directly to the payment provider - they are never stored with us. This communication is encrypted, so no unauthorized parties can access the information being sent.
Your information
In order for the goods to reach you, we need your name and postal address. For order confirmation by email, we also need your email address. This information is stored in our customer register, which only Bredal & Partnere AS through Tor Bredal has access to.
The information you provide will not be shared with third parties. It will only be used in Bredal Wild's contact with you. If you wish, you can ask us to delete your customer data by notifying us by email at support@bredal-wild.com. You also have the right to be told what information is registered about you. If the information is incorrect, incomplete, or not relevant, you can request that it be corrected or deleted.
