Shipping and delivery:

Delivery time: Items in stock are shipped within 3 business days. For products that have a production time, this will state when they will be sent. Exotic leather goods made from crocodile, alligator, lizard, caiman crocodile require a CITES certificate (proof of origin) which can take up to 2 months to obtain. For exotic leather goods made from bison, ostrich, shark and stingray (ray) these do not require CITES and can be obtained in 3 weeks.

Delivery with Posten: Norgespakke with tracking and return slip. You will receive a pickup notice at your post office.

Financing and payment:

Visa/Mastercard, Bredal & Partnere AS
When you pay by card, the transaction is handled by Quickpay. Your card information is sent encrypted directly to the payment provider – it is never stored with us. The entire payment process follows strict security standards and is approved by the card providers. See more information at www.quickpay.no.

Vipps, Klarna and Apple Pay
We also offer Vipps, Klarna and Apple Pay as payment options at checkout. These payment methods are handled securely through our payment partners and follow the same high security standards.

PayPal
With PayPal you can send money to anyone with an email account. PayPal is free for consumers and works seamlessly with your existing credit card. You can use a credit card or bank account without revealing your account number to the payee. You do not need to provide your email account to PayPal – the account can be set up so you do not have to enter your account number or address every time you shop. Security
All payments with Bredal & Partnere AS are encrypted and sent securely over the internet. When you pay by card, your card details are sent directly to the payment provider – they are never stored with us. This communication is encrypted so that no unauthorized parties can access the information being transmitted.

Your information
In order for the goods to reach you, we need your name and postal address. For order confirmation by email, we also need your email address. This information is stored in our customer register, which only Bredal & Partnere AS via Tor Bredal has access to.

The information you provide will not be shared with third parties. It will only be used in Bredal Wild's contact with you. If you wish, you can request that we delete your customer data by notifying us by email. You also have the right to know what is registered about you. If the information is incorrect, incomplete or not relevant, you can demand that it be corrected or deleted.
