Customer and complaint rights

Before you report defects in the product to us, please check whether the defect is due to conditions on your part (wear, especially hard use, accidents or other). If you can prove that the item was defective when it was delivered to you, you must notify us as soon as possible and within 2 - two - weeks after delivery. You lose your right to claim a defect if you do not notify us within this time or should have discovered the defect.

In the event of documented errors, we will provide a new item immediately or order a new item for you if we do not have it in stock.

Product change:  It is your duty to check that you have got the right size, for example on a belt.  If you are in doubt about how to measure, call tel: 91124277 so that we can help you. If you want to exchange your goods, Bredal & Partners pays return shipping and new shipping for you. The condition is that you return the item within 14 days of receiving it and not having used or damaged the item. You only fill in the back of the delivery note that accompanies the goods. We will send you an email confirmation as soon as we have received your return and refund you the amount you may have credited. Remember to send returned goods as a Norway package.

Product return:  If you should regret the purchase and do not want to switch to something else, you of course have a full right of return within 14 days, but we unfortunately do not have the opportunity to pay the postage in these cases. Use the return form that came with it. The right of complaint is valid for up to 2 years, unless you have suffered unnatural wear and tear or self-inflicted damage.
